Patagonia Outlet Store Freeport, Maine

See May, 2007 Update

The Patagonia Outlet in Freeport, Maine will be having a 30% off sale, Mar. 29 thru Apr. 1

That is an additional 30% off the Outlet prices. This is not their best sale of the year but well worth visiting if you are passing by.

Here’s a copy of the note I received from Patagonia.

Patagonia Outlet Sale

It couldn’t be a better time to drop into the Patagonia Freeport

2/18/08 Update

Just got back from President’s Day Sale at Patagonia Outlet and The North Face Outlet in Freeport Maine, prices were amazing. It was 40% off Outlet Price at Patagonia Store and 50% off outlet price at The North Face Outlet. I got a Patagonia Rain Shadow Jacket for $60 (list $149) and a The North Face Dyad 22 Ultralight tent for $70 (List $209). This is always a great sale, it is the time they clear out the inventory and has the best selection.

  1. Nice website, but the sale info. is for March, 2007. Is this a typo or just not currently updated?

  2. Janet, thanks for the kind words. I have been surprised by how many people visit this site. I didn’t think there were many self-contained recumbent tourists around but apparently there is some carry over to other folks.

You are looking at an old post, as you can see from the date. This is a Blog so it is a running time line not a static page. I try to share good buys I find when I find them. Hit the home tab to see the latest posts. Posts like this are time sensitive and only valid for period shown. I ocassionaly update an old posting if I get new information but in general current information is at the front of the Blog. Many posts are not sensitive but those that are marked Hot Buys or Sales usualy have very short windows of oppertunity. But I would take a look at the sites that had sales I recommended because they tend to have good prices. But as always you won’t know until you do your own search.

I post new sales and events if I get notification from Patagonia as they come along. Patagonia and Campmor are the only places I track with any regularity. Anything else is a discovery as I was looking for something.

Typically the Patagonia Outlets and The North Face Outlets have 4 or more sales a year. The best one by far is the Presidents Weekend sale but you have missed that for 2008. Hard to say when the next one will be. They usually have a Sale in the Summer sometime and a post Labor Day Sale. Depends on what kind of year they are having. But prices are always good at the Outlet Store in Maine just a lot better when they have a Sale.

Patagonia seems to have stoped sending out email notifications of sales but they do show them on their web site.

  3. When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a
comment is added I get four emails with the
same comment. Is there a way you are able to remove me from that service?
    Kudos!
